4.0 Storm Grey HydroKnit Bicep Band

Our fast-drying HydroKnit material is now available in a bicep band. HydroKnit dries twice as fast as SuperKnit and retains 30% less water – making it a must-have for water sports, high-sweat activities, or just taking a shower. The Bicep Band frees your wrist and allows you to capture data on your upper arm.

To ensure the most accurate readings when wearing WHOOP on your bicep, the sensor should rest flush against your arm and be placed just above the medial deltoid insertion halfway between the bicep and tricep. The band should be tight enough to leave an imprint but not tight enough to be cutting off blood flow.
